PYREG BIOCHAR 2024 DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP

Submitted by Carille on

Why be a Biochar 2024 Diamond Sponsor?

The US offers some of the largest growth potential for the industry and for PYREG specifically. With USBI being the US pre-eminent biochar organization, supporting it and the industry as a whole is key. Biochar 2024 will bring together many of the thought leaders in the industry and is a “must attend” for people focused on biochar. We are also convinced that the event will help achieve a breakthrough reach for our new innovative financial product, the PYREG Climate Finance Solution (PCFS).

What are your primary goals or expectations from sponsoring Biochar 2024?

We look forward to meeting the event’s top-class speakers and adding value to attendees’ experience ─ be it in sessions PYREG participates in, or in speaking with them at our booth. Our goals are to broaden our reach within the US while helping attendees understand the high quality of our engineering and equipment. Between the technical sessions and our trade show booth, we anticipate having a great deal of interaction with attendees. It will be exciting to connect with a large group of people ─ all with an interest in biochar and in one location.

As a technology leader, we will also introduce an innovative financial product, the PYREG Climate Finance Solution (PCFS) which enables farmers, growers and the wood industry to enter the biochar business faster or accelerate high quality production of biochar. Biochar is already the strongest carbon removal technology globally and accounted for 92% of permanent carbon removal sales in the first half of 2023. We therefore expect this product to attract the interest of major biochar industrial buyers and are convinced that the Biochar 2024 can achieve a breakthrough reach for it

How would you describe your experience with USBI?

USBI has been a significant PYREG partner in the US and we expect that to continue. The organization has allowed us to leverage our exposure within US markets and make significant contacts within the industry.

As interest in biochar changes from enthusiast to enterprise, how do you see your company's approach to the market evolving in the future?

The industry is growing quickly beyond “mom and pop” enterprises. This fits well with PYREG’s growing suite of high-tech solutions for waste to value within the US and globally. We expect to continue to support USBI and its approach to the marketplace as the industry moves from broadly calling many materials “biochar” and proceeds to an understanding of how high quality, highly tech biochar offers significant benefits to users.
